Hi, I’m Caroline.

I have spent close to two decades working in L&D, DEI and HR, in-house and as a consultant. I’ve worked for multinational organisations ranging from tiny start ups to Big4, been an employee, manager and business leader. My most recent role was as as Director of Behavioural Science, Consultancy & Research for an HR tech start up.

What I’ve learnt is that fulfilled people are motivated people. This fulfilment comes from social connection, belonging and a sense of growth.

I bring this in to my Coaching, working with managers and leaders to help them build this connection and growth in their own lives but also their teams and organisations.

My unique career means I see people and organisations, HR and learning programs differently - as vehicles to make everyone’s lives better - IF they are designed well. To do this means taking an innovative, evidence based approach and being willing the test, measure, learn and makes changes. Without data and evidence it’s just guess work.

And really importantly, I bring a DEI lens to everything I do. I don’t believe in feeding an inequitable system.

In addition to my experience as a manager, consultant and a business Leader, I have MA Human Resource Management and a MSc Behavioural Decision Science, am a Certified Member of the Global Association of Applied Behavioural Scientists (GAABS) and a Certified Coach with the Association of Coaching.
