I am a Certified Coach, with extensive experience working with Managers, Senior Leaders and Founders. I specialise in helping people get out of their own way, step up, get their head out of the weeds and execute while building strong, sustainable cultures. My style is direct but empathetic, and action oriented.

My aim is to support someone to develop the confidence, mindset, habits or perspective shift they need to move forward. In some cases that might mean working out what forward looks like!
